  • Susceptible implies that an infection due to the microorganism may be appropriately treated with the dosage of antimicrobial agent recommended for that type of infection and infecting species, unless otherwise contraindicated.
  • Numbers highlighted (yellow) in tables represent a decrease in percent susceptibility of greater than or equal to 10% compared to previous year.
  • MIC (minimum inhibitory concentration) is the lowest concentration of a drug which will inhibit growth of a microorganism in vitro.
